The online Food Establishment Managers course lasts 12 hours and will teach you how to maintain a prevention and control system for ensuring food safety.

The course must be completed by the individual who registered for it.
The Food Handlers course is included in the Food Establishment Managers course. No separate registration is required.
After completing the online course, you must register for the certification exam given by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation. This exam is written in person, so you must travel to the exam location. The exam monitor may also require payment of an additional amount. This is a non-refundable charge that varies by region and cannot be transferred to a later date.
