After completing the online course, you must register for the mandatory exam given by the Ministère de l’Agriculture, des Pêcheries et de l’Alimentation. You must pass it in order to receive your food hygiene and safety certification.

Given regularly in several cities in Québec, this exam is written in person, so you must travel to the exam location. The exam monitor may also require payment of an additional amount. This is a non-refundable charge that varies by region and cannot be transferred to a later date. Log in now!

For the exam dates, please see the email you received at the end of your training. This email confirms whether you passed the training and includes a link to the list of available MAPAQ exam dates. Choose the most convenient date and location for you and then complete the transaction. You will receive a confirmation email reminding you of the exam date you chose.
